59 Route 10 East Hanover comprises an approximate 64 acre site with a 592,355 SF warehouse building. The utilization of Caterpillar’s 374 Large Excavator, six articulated dump trucks and our GPS model in our smart control dozers enabled us to move well over 5,000 CY of soil per day.  Specific challenges have been coordination of the earth movement and working the site in specific strategic grids.  We also milled the asphalt and processed the concrete and debris from on site demolition. Our portion of the project is valued at $6.8 million.
